About the Design: A tenet of Calvinism is that from all eternity God chose to save some (the elect) while choosing and passing over the rest of mankind and appointing them to damnation. This is at its heart a denial of the Biblical Gospel and God's universal well intended call and Provision for all. No man will perish because God hated them first and did not make salvation available to them. This poster evokes the imagery of the old Uncle Sam posters where he famously said "I want you", but putting a humorous Calvinist spin on it.
